PURPOSE

I come first! This sentence may not go down well in our environment. It may seem selfish – perhaps arrogant even. However, if you take a closer look, healthy self-love can massively improve many challenging situations: greater resistance to stress at work, centeredness in challenging phases of life, physical well-being, and higher energy levels. Burnouts, dependencies and emotional upsets can be avoided or at least prevented. 

Only when I am doing well do I have the strength to master all the tasks of my private and professional life and can also be there for others. From this perspective, the sentence in the beginning is not selfish, but ultimately has a positive effect on my entire private and professional environment.

CONTENTS

We give ourselves full attention for two days in order to be able to return to our everyday life full of energy. We learn to listen to our body and its needs (exercise, nutrition, care), do guided meditations or perception exercises as well as supportive physical exercises from bodywork, yoga and breathing training. For holistic well-being, it is also important to be able to direct our feelings and thoughts. We get to the bottom of our thought and feeling patterns. 

We get to the bottom of our thought and feeling patterns and learn how to steer them into the desired paths. Furthermore, we use creative techniques to get in touch with ourselves.

PURPOSE

The world of work and society are constantly showing us where we can or should improve; have to be faster, more beautiful, better, more accurate. The bar is always higher than what we are currently doing. This focus on the "deficit" can lead to constant dissatisfaction - at work, in our private lives, in our dealings with ourselves. We never seem to be good enough, because there's always more to it. Such attitudes and demands create stress and reduce our enjoyment and quality of life. 


CONTENTS

We move in nature and perceive spring with all our senses. We look at what a new beginning means for us personally - professionally or privately - at this point in time and find a creative expression for it. Physical exercises and inputs on the topic of food give our body momentum and energy.

PURPOSE

Mindfulness in our (working) everyday life means resting more in ourselves through consciously directed attention in every situation in life. We become more relaxed and independent of what is happening around us. In summer we enjoy the energy of the sun and the water. We often take vacations at this time of the year to recharge our batteries, to enjoy exercise outside and to rest. It is a season of abundance, lightness and joy of life.

CONTENTS

We move in nature around the Oberi Nase between Weggis and Vitznau directly on the shore of Lake Lucerne. We devote ourselves to the importance of the sun as a celestial body, but also to that within us. We enjoy our body and do it good with appropriate food and care. We find our inner treasures through mindful experiences in nature.

REASON

Autumn is the season of colored leaves, harvest, abundance, gratitude, hiking, clear view, and cool air, as well as preparations for winter. An attitude of mindfulness means consciously directed attention in every situation in life with the aim of resting more within ourselves. We become more relaxed and independent of what is happening outside. Our way of life is increasingly shaped by our own very individual feelings.

CONTENTS

Depending on the weather, we move outside as much as possible in a powerful place in Morschach in the heart of Switzerland. The intention is to experience the power of nature and to feel its beneficial, nourishing effect on us humans. At the same time, we devote ourselves to the themes that the season presents to us:

  • What gifts has life bestowed on me and how do I deal with them?
  • What has my life path to show me?
  • How do I find anchoring in myself  and enjoy moments of happiness regardless of what's happening in the outside world?
